To make things fast, include this

About an order: your order number, and a photo if something arrived wrong
Not sure about sizing: your usual size in a brand you already own, plus your height and build. We will tell you honestly what to order. This is free, and it is far better than a return you cannot get.
Wrong address: write immediately and put ADDRESS in the subject line. Before production starts we can usually fix it. After, we cannot.
Wholesale, bulk, or custom: tell us quantity and timeline
Want a different design on your order: send the order number and the design you want instead. If it has not shipped yet the swap is free.

Swapping a design, and who pays the shipping

Before your order ships, a design swap is free. Write to us with your order number and the design you want instead. If production has not started yet we change it at no charge. We reply to design swap requests in 2 to 3 business days.

After it ships, who pays the shipping depends only on why it is going back. If the swap or the return is your own choice, you pay the shipping. If the fault is ours or our shipper's, meaning the wrong item, a misprint, a damaged item or a defective item, we pay the shipping and it costs you nothing.

What we cannot do

We do not take orders or payment by email or phone, and we will never email you asking for card details. If you receive a message like that claiming to be us, it is not us.
