Every design in this store is a piece of original artwork, and the product it happens to be photographed on is not the only product it fits. If you want a design on something other than what you see, ask for it. This is a standing offer, not a favour.
What this means in plain terms
Any design in the catalog can be printed on any print-to-order product we carry. That includes tees, long sleeve tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, all-over-print fishing shirts, printed and mesh trucker caps, high-top and low-top canvas shoes, crew socks, mugs, tote bags, notebooks, posters, stickers, mouse pads, and custom cornhole boards and bags.
The one exception is the COLDEST 46oz water bottle. That is a stocked item from an outside supplier rather than a print-to-order product, so our artwork cannot be applied to it.
Why the store is not already laid out that way
Shopify allows a maximum of three options on a single product, and each product here already uses its three for garment style, colour and size. Adding a fourth option for the design would break that ceiling and create thousands of unnecessary combinations. So the store lists each design across four sizing families instead, and anything outside those four families is handled by request.
How to ask
Use the Contact page and include all four of these:
- The name of the design you want, exactly as it appears in the store.
- The product you want it on, including style, colour and size if those apply.
- How many you want.
- Anything about placement you care about, such as front, back, sleeve or full wrap.
If the design was drawn as fine engraved line work and you are asking for it on something small, such as a cap front or a three inch sticker, say so. Those designs get a simplified version for small formats so the lines do not collapse.
How long a reply takes
2 to 3 business days. That is a reply from a person, not an automated acknowledgement.
Cost
Swapping the design on an order that has not shipped yet is free. There is no setup charge and no handling fee for the swap itself.
After an order has shipped, the only cost in question is shipping, and who pays it depends on why the item is going back. If the swap or return is your own choice, you pay the shipping. If the fault is ours or our shipper's, meaning the wrong item, a misprint, a damaged item or a defective item, we pay the shipping and it costs you nothing.
