Refund and Return Policy

We want to be straight with you about this, because made-to-order printing works differently from a normal retail store and we would rather you know before you buy than after.

What we always stand behind

If your item arrives misprinted, defective, damaged, or is simply the wrong item, that is on us and we will fix it. You get a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No return shipping cost to you.

Photos are not us being difficult. The printer requires them to approve a reprint, and without them we are paying out of pocket, which a small company cannot sustain.

Swapping a design, and who pays the shipping

Before your order ships, a design swap is free. Write to us with your order number and the design you want instead. If production has not started yet we change it at no charge. We reply to design swap requests in 2 to 3 business days.

After it ships, who pays the shipping depends only on why it is going back. If the swap or the return is your own choice, you pay the shipping. If the fault is ours or our shipper's, meaning the wrong item, a misprint, a damaged item or a defective item, we pay the shipping and it costs you nothing.

What we cannot refund

Change of mind, and ordering the wrong size. Your item was manufactured specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold. This is standard for made-to-order goods, and it is the honest tradeoff for being able to offer this many designs on this many products without holding inventory.

Please use our sizing guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us first and we will help you decide. We would much rather spend five minutes on that than have you stuck with a shirt that does not fit.

Special order items

Infant and toddler sizes are produced by special order and are final sale, except for defects or misprints, which are covered exactly as above.

None of that changes the shipping rule above. A swap or return you choose is at your shipping cost. A swap or return caused by a wrong, misprinted, damaged or defective item costs you nothing.

Cancellations

Email us immediately. If production has not started we will cancel and refund in full. Once printing has begun the order cannot be stopped.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We issue them within 2 business days of approval. Your bank then takes its own time, typically 5 to 10 business days, which is out of our hands.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including Florida law. If a law in your jurisdiction gives you more protection than this policy does, that law wins.
