Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Every item we sell is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. When you place an order, your garment is printed for you specifically, and then it ships. That is why our timeline has two separate parts, and it helps to understand both.

Production time

2 to 7 business days. This is the printing itself, before the package ever moves. Apparel and accessories are usually at the faster end. Footwear and embroidered headwear take longer, because they are assembled rather than simply printed.

Transit time

United States: 3 to 8 business days after production. International: 10 to 25 business days after production, and customs can extend that beyond anyone's control.

So a realistic total for a domestic order is roughly one to two weeks from the day you click buy. We would rather tell you that plainly up front than promise two days and disappoint you.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves production. If a week passes after your confirmation email and you have heard nothing, write to us.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, exactly as entered. Please read it twice. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship it, but the reshipment cost is yours. If you catch a mistake, email us immediately — before production begins we can usually fix it, and after production begins we cannot.

Swapping a design, and who pays the shipping

Before your order ships, a design swap is free. Write to us with your order number and the design you want instead. If production has not started yet we change it at no charge. We reply to design swap requests in 2 to 3 business days.

After it ships, who pays the shipping depends only on why it is going back. If the swap or the return is your own choice, you pay the shipping. If the fault is ours or our shipper's, meaning the wrong item, a misprint, a damaged item or a defective item, we pay the shipping and it costs you nothing.

Customs and import duties

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees their country charges. These are set by your government, not by us, and we have no way to calculate or waive them.

Lost and damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered and the package is not there, check with your household and your carrier first, then contact us. If a package is genuinely lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we still have standing to file a claim with the carrier.
