We are not the government

Freedom Advocates Florida Official, LLC is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any government agency, department, or official — not the United States, not the State of Florida, not anyone. Nothing we sell is a government document or issued under any government authority.

Our company name includes the word "Official." That refers to nothing more than our own brand. It does not mean officially anything else.

No government seals, on purpose

Federal law restricts the use of certain government seals and emblems, including the Great Seal of the United States and the seals of the Department of the Treasury and the Federal Reserve. We do not reproduce any of them. Where a design comments on an institution, the artwork is original allegorical illustration drawn from scratch for us. Our own crest uses an original heraldic eagle designed for this company alone.

We take this seriously enough that we have thrown out finished artwork over it.

The satire is the point

Several designs are parody and political commentary. That is protected expression under the First Amendment, and it is a tradition older than the republic — colonial pamphleteers ran on satire, and Franklin was one of the worst offenders. A joke printed on a founding document is participation in that tradition, not contempt for it.

Nothing here is a threat, an incitement, or a call to harm anyone. If you read it that way, you have read it wrong.

Historical text

The Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights are in the public domain and belong to everyone. Our illustrated arrangements of that text, our logos, our slogans, and our company names are our property.

We aim for accuracy in every historical quotation, date, and enumeration. If you find a genuine error, tell us at justicedirectlegalnavigator@gmail.com and we will correct the artwork. We have already reprinted a design over a single wrong Roman numeral.

Firearms imagery

Our Second Amendment design depicts period flintlock muskets, the arms actually in civilian hands in 1791. It is a historical and textual illustration. We do not sell firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, or accessories of any kind, and we never will.
