Our designs are commentary, and they are ours
Every design sold here is original artwork created for this company. It is political, historical, and satirical commentary on American founding documents, civic life, and public institutions.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any government agency, department, or official of the United States, the State of Florida, or any other government. Nothing sold here is a government document, a government product, or issued under any government authority. No design reproduces any government seal, emblem, or official insignia.
The text of the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, and the Bill of Rights is in the public domain. Our particular illustrated arrangements of that text, our logos, our slogans, and our company names are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or resale. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
We work hard to display prices, colors, and descriptions accurately, but errors happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the mistake. Screen colors vary between devices, and printed color will not match your monitor exactly.
Made to order
Items are manufactured after you order. Print placement can vary slightly between individual items, which is normal for this process and is not a defect. See our Refund Policy for what is and is not covered.
Swaps and returns
A design swap requested before your order ships is free, and we reply to those requests in 2 to 3 business days. After an order ships, shipping cost on a swap or a return follows one rule: if the swap or return is your own choice you pay the shipping, and if the fault is ours or our shipper's, meaning the wrong item, a misprint, a damaged item or a defective item, we pay it. The Refund Policy governs what is refundable.
Age
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. Our products are sized and sold for adults. Infant and toddler sizes are available only by special order.
Acceptable use
Do not use this store to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to interfere with the site, or to extract our content for resale.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they do not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that governs it.
